Our entry into the Cradle-to-Cradle Home Competition was selected for construction from over 625 entries in 42 countries. It was also a favorite of jury member Sarah Susanka, author of the Not So Big House series. Interest has been expressed by PBS, Discovery Channel and HGTV in covering construction, which should be under way in the next few weeks. We are honored to be a part of this process, and are grateful to the folks at SmithLewis Architects who have made it all possible.

We have recently teamed up with Green Star Homes to begin offering a series of affordable, sustainable designs. The first of these homes will be a spec home called 'The Monarch' which will be under construction in the next few weeks. This home will be a certified 'Green Built Home', and will be available to purchase soon.
